In light of women’s week, AmCham SL in partnership with Marina Square – Uptown Colombo, conducted a discussion to critically evaluate the existence of a “glass ceiling” for women in their careers on Thursday, 12th March 2020.

Ms. Kasturi Chellarajah Wilson and Ms. Chandi Dharmaratne, both pioneers in their respective industries, moderated by Ms. Shanuki De Alwis, discussed the existence/non-existence of this “glass ceiling” and how they overcame limitations faced as women in male-dominated industries!
