The AMCHAM BALL 2023, powered by Citi, was a highlight of the Colombo Social Calendar, attended by top corporates, members of the diplomatic community, and various social, civil, and media personalities. The event was attended by HE Julie J Chung, Ambassador of the United States in Sri Lanka, who highlighted the positive impact AmCham has had on Sri Lanka, the economy, and its people. AmCham SL, one of the most influential and prestigious international business chambers in the island, provides over 400 member companies with a multi-dimensional resource network to succeed in bilateral business endeavors. The event also honored AmCham SL’s past presidents, who were recognized for their impact and service over the last 30 years. The event included a silent auction to raise money for the AmCham SL Gives Back program, which conducts annual community outreach activities.
